. Official inauguration of the Toyota Peugeot Citroën Automobile (TPCA) automotive plant in Kolin, Czech Republic. The facility produces the Peugeot 107, Citroën C1 and Toyota Aygo.
. PSA Peugeot Citroën announced the extension of the Trnava site in Slovakia, with the aim of increasing production capacity by 150,000 vehicles.
Cooperation agreements:
. Ford and PSA Peugeot Citroën announced the fourth phase of their cooperation agreement concerning the joint production of diesel engines. These clean, lightweight, energy-efficient powerplants are fitted on both groups' commercial vehicles and high-end passenger vehicles.
. Fiat, PSA Peugeot Citroën and Tofas signed a cooperation agreement to manufacture compact entry-level LCVs. These economical and versatile vehicles will be launched in 2008, rounding out the Peugeot, Citroën and Fiat ranges.

Safety: PSA Peugeot Citroën's new high-end models, the Citroën C6 and the Peugeot 407 Coupé, both scored five stars in EuroNCAP tests, establishing them as market leaders for secondary safety.
Environment: PSA Peugeot Citroën pioneered the world's first particulate filter (DPFS) on the 607 in 2000. The DPFS is now fitted on more than one million of the two brands' vehicles. The Group is the only manufacturer to have distributed this technology through high-volume production. The particulate filter reduces pollutant emissions by trapping and burning the particles from diesel engines.
Social: PSA Peugeot Citroën was the first company to receive the "Professional Equality" label for its commitment to equality between male and female employees.
Internet: PSA Peugeot Citroën launched its corporate website in China (www.psa.net.cn) along with its new B2B portal, which strengthens the Group's policy of technological and industrial cooperation agreements and optimises its relationships with suppliers.
Sale: of Panhard, manufacturer of light armoured vehicles, based in Auverland.
Sport: Citroën wins the manufacturer's championship of the World Rally Championship, and Citroën pilot Sébastien Loeb takes the driver's championship.
