The amount of the dividend is recommended by the Managing Board to the Supervisory Board and then submitted to shareholder approval at the Annual Meeting, which reviews and approves the accounts for the
preceding fiscal year. The dividend is payable within nine months of the fiscal year-end.
Regarding 2007 results, the Managing Board of Peugeot S.A. recommended the payment of a dividend of 1.50 euro per share. If approved by stockholders, it will be paid on June 4, 2008.
