| Citroën is releasing a new model in China at the end of the year. Developed specially for the local market, the vehicle extends the Marque’s Chinese range, which includes the Fukang, Elysée, Xsara Picasso, C-Triomphe, C5 and, soon, the C6. The new compact 5-door saloon is based on the Peugeot 206 platform and will be built at the Wuhan site. |

| Group chairman Jean-Martin Folz and Peugeot managing director Frédéric Saint Geours inaugurated the production line for the 307 Sedan at the PSA Peugeot Citroën plant at Buenos Aires in a ceremony also attended by the president of Argentina. This 307 tri-body, which will be the fifth model manufactured in Argentina, expands the Peugeot range in a segment that represents one-third of the Argentine market and one-quarter of the Latin American market. |

| Dongfeng Motor Group and PSA Peugeot Citroën have announced that they will be expanding their activities in China through their joint-venture company, DPCA. The production capacity of the Wuhan plant will be doubled to 300,000 units by 2008, and the decision has been made to look for a new production facility. |

In Shenzen on 18 February, Claude Satinet, Managing Director of Citroën, unveiled a new Citroën model that will be released in China in second-quarter 2006: C-Triomphe.
This modern, innovative saloon – measuring 4.8 m long and 1.77 m wide – features all the characteristics and innovations currently driving the success of the C4, while adopting the notchback body style preferred by the Chinese market.
C-Triomphe is the eighth Group model to be manufactured at the Wuhan site (in Hubei province), which assembled more than 140,000 Peugeot and Citroën vehicles in 2005. |

This event follows the announcement made last year by the Group, concerning the planned investment of €50 million for the production of the 307. |
