11/30/2009 - The Group presents its carbon-free vehicle strategy to UK press and institutional bodies
Guillaume Faury, Executive Vice President, Manufacturing and Components, presented the Group's strategy on reducing CO2 emissions to the UK financial press, politicians and institutional bodies in London on 26 November. He talked about the Group’s vision in terms of environmental vehicles, reminding those present that the Group would be devoting more than half its R&D expenditure for the 2010-2012 period to new technologies aimed at cutting CO2 and pollutant emissions.
09/16/2009 - The Group makes a strong showing at Frankfurt, an event dominated by carbon-efficient vehicles
The Frankfurt Motor Show opened to the international press on 15 September. The media will be followed by an expected 750,000 visitors, exploring the stands of 750 manufacturers and equipment suppliers. According to show organiser VDA, despite a drop in the number of exhibitors and expected visitors, world reveals, totalling 82, are up on the last Frankfurt show in 2007 (the show alternates each year between Frankfurt and Paris).

The Peugeot SA Supervisory Board appointed the new PSA Peugeot Citroën Managing Board. The five Managing Board members, appointed for a four-year term. Christian Streiff has set up a new Executive Committee made up of the five members of the Managing Board and five Vice Presidents reporting directly to the Chairman of the Managing Board. In addition, 4 operating units (China, Mercosur, Purchasing and Replacement Parts) and the Senior Executives Department will also report directly to the Chairman.
