| The Peugeot SA Supervisory Board appointed the new PSA Peugeot Citroën Managing Board. The five Managing Board members, appointed for a four-year term. Christian Streiff has set up a new Executive Committee made up of the five members of the Managing Board and five Vice Presidents reporting directly to the Chairman of the Managing Board. In addition, 4 operating units (China, Mercosur, Purchasing and Replacement Parts) and the Senior Executives Department will also report directly to the Chairman. |

The French government awarded PSA Peugeot Citroën the first “Grand Prix de la Diversité 2006” on 14 December.
The prize was presented at the close of the “Tour de France de la Diversité” event organized by Azouz Begag, French Delegate Minister for Equal Opportunities.

| Developed as part of the cooperation agreement between Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (MMC) and PSA Peugeot Citroën, the new SUVs will be marketed by the Peugeot and Citroën brands from July 2007 with an HDi engine and a particulate filter (DPFS). The sales target of 30,000 units a year will enable the Group to become a major player in a segment with high growth prospects in Europe. |

Sergio Marchionne, CEO of Fiat, and Jean-Martin Folz, chairman of PSA Peugeot Citroën, met with some 200 international journalists at the Sevel plant in Italy. The meeting was organised at Europe's largest facility for manufacturing light commercial vehicles to illustrate a new phase in the cooperation between the two groups, which began back in 1978 with a commercial vehicle development program. The cooperation agreement between PSA Peugeot Citroën and Fiat concluded more recently, in 2002, has now been extended until 2017.
It defines the methods for developing and manufacturing two new families of light commercial vehicles.
