| Following an initial document audit phase in November and a 3-day on-site audit in December 2007, the certification body SGS decided that the Environmental Management System (EMS) put in place by the Trnava industrial site in Slovakia was compliant with the ISO 14001 standard. |

| The Group started operating a heat recovery system at the Sept Fons foundry on 21 March. Developed with the French utility, Electricité de France (EDF), this system helps reduce the site’s annual gas consumption by 20% to 25%. |

| The reforestation project started by Peugeot in the Amazon forest in 1999 to sequester atmospheric carbon dioxide gas has received the Prix Liberté, Egalité, Fraternité, one of Brazil's most prestigious awards. The reforested area of the carbon sink has increased to 2,000 hectares. |

| After the C3, it's now the turn of the C2 to benefit from the Stop & Start technology. The C2 equipped with Stop & Start offers the same advantages as the C3 and helps to improve the quality of urban living. Fuel consumption and CO2 emissions are reduced by 10% for city driving. |

| In his November 11 speech at the ceremony to launch production of the Peugeot 206 SW at the Porto Real facility in Brazil, Jean-Martin Folz, CEO of PSA Peugeot Citroën, announced that in 2005 the Group would be introducing vehicles with a dual-fuel or flex-fuel engine designed to run on either gasoline or ethanol, or a mixture of the two. |

| PSA Peugeot Citroën will soon roll out the Citroën C3 1.4i 16V Stop & Start, the 1st mass-produced car equipped with innovative “Stop & Start” system. With this system, the engine automatically turns off when the car stops at traffic lights and in traffic jams, then instantly starts up again when the brake pedal is released. |

Leveraging its experience in biodiesel, PSA Peugeot Citroën has partnered since 2003 with LADETEL, a Brazilian clean technologies laboratory specialized in biofuels. The partners presented the findings of trials conducted for more than a year on a Peugeot 206 with a 1.9-liter diesel engine and a Citroën Xsara Picasso with a 2.0-liter HDI engine.

| Between 18 May 2004 and 2 January 2005, the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie in Paris is hosting an exhibition entitled "Opération Carbone". This event retraces the history of a pilot project in Amazonia. Set up in 1998 on the initiative of Peugeot, the project is implemented by the ONF (French national forestry board). |

| Sofiprotéol, a company which supports and promotes the production of oil-seed and protein crops such as rape seed and soya, recently celebrated its twentieth anniversary at Palais Brongniart, historical home of the Paris Bourse. During the round table discussion, Jean-Martin Folz, Chairman of PSA Peugeot Citroën, applauded the Group’s close relations with Sofiprotéol and affirmed its support for biofuels, in particular Diester. |
