PSA Peugeot Citroen Launches Spring Recruitment Events: 1,600 Engineers and Managers to be Hired in 2011
Spring Recruitment Events: a hiring programme held at Group sites for recent graduates of leading business and engineering schools and universities.
In 2011, PSA Peugeot Citroën plans to hire 4,000 people in France on permanent contracts. Of the total, 1,600 will be engineers and managers. To reach this ambitious objective, the Group has launched Spring Recruitment Events, a hiring program for young engineers, computer scientists, designers, logistics specialists, and sales and marketing staff.

Dialogue with frontline teams
The Spring Recruitment Events will be organised around themes, each devoted to a specific job family such as R&D and innovation, production & logistics, information systems, and sales & marketing. At these evening get-togethers held at various Group sites, preselected candidates who have posted their CV at www.event-psa.com will be able to meet with frontline staff and hiring personnel during personalised presentations, interviews and roundtable discussions.
More than 500 recent graduates will take part in the 2011 Spring Recruitment Events. The first, which focuses on jobs in electricity and electronics, will be held on 3 May.
The operation has generated more than 1,300 applications since its launch on 11 April.
