Following an incident concerning his health at the end of last week, Christian Streiff, Chairman of the Managing Board of PSA Peugeot Citroën, has been admitted to a medical center for a check up.

It is expected that he will be able to resume his Group activities in the near future.
Consequently, he is unable to attend the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting on Wednesday May 28, which will be chaired by Thierry Peugeot, President of the Supervisory Board.

In accordance with the Group’s governing rules, the management of the business will be carried on through the Managing Board, which is the collegial authority of operational
management.
