On 10 and 11 October, the thirteenth meeting was held with employee representatives to build the New Social Contract to align the Group's competitiveness needs with employee interests.

The meeting's purpose was to finalize negotiations and re-read the specifics of the draft New Social Contract agreement.

At the end of the meeting, employee representatives were asked to express their positions by 22 October in preparation for the agreement's signature.

The measures included in the draft agreement will strengthen social dialogue for projects initiated to drive PSA Peugeot Citroën's recovery. These measures will lay the groundwork for the Group's necessary transformation and reorganization while securing jobs and skills through innovative Human Resources Planning and Development initiatives. They will also make it possible to implement the PSA intergenerational contract, which provides for senior leave (potentially affecting 2,500 to 3,000 employees over three years) and the hiring of more than 2,000 young people under work-study contracts.

The planned measures to enhance competitiveness – wage moderation, strict limits on capitalising and monetising reduced workweek days (RTT), manufacturing flexibility and senior leave – are designed to preserve the Group's production and R&D base in France, as well as employees' basic interests.
