Jean-Philippe Imparato appointed Director of Commercial Operations Europe, Yves Moulin appointed Director of International Operations As part of the reorganisation of the Brands Division, Jean-Philippe Imparato and Yves Moulin will take charge of Commercial Operations Europe and International Operations, respectively, on 1 January 2012.
Reporting to Jean-Marc Gales, member of the PSA Peugeot Citroën Managing Board and Executive Vice President of Brands, they will be tasked with:
Apart from France, where Peugeot and Citroën Directors will report directly to Jean-Philippe Imparato, a Managing Director of the Brands will be appointed for each country in Europe. Under this latter’s authority, the Director of the Peugeot subsidiary and the Director of the Citroën subsidiary in the country will manage and develop their Brand sales and network.
These appointments are being made as part of a reorganisation of the Brands Division with two main objectives:
Vincent Rambaud and Frédéric Banzet will retain their respective positions as CEO of the Peugeot Brand and CEO of the Citroën Brand, reporting to Jean-Marc Gales. Their remit has been extended to include direct responsibility for the Product of their Brand.
The distribution and coordination structure of the Peugeot and Citroën Brand networks remains unchanged.
Jean-Philippe Imparato, 45, joined the Group in 1991. He has held a number of positions in sales and quality in Europe and internationally, including Director of Quality at Dongfeng Peugeot Citroën Automobiles in China from 2003 to 2006 and Managing Director of Citroën Italy from 2008 to 2010. He has been Director of International Operations at Peugeot since 2010.
Yves Moulin, 52, held a number of responsibilities in sales and marketing at Volkswagen. He joined the Group in 2004 as Head of Sales for Citroën France and worked as Managing Director of Dongfeng Citroën in China from 2007 to 2011. He has been Director of International Operations at Citroën since January 2011.
