During the ceremony, Grégoire Olivier declared: “The start of construction at Wuhan 3 is an important step in PSA Peugeot Citroën’s expansion in China. With this new plant, DPCA will have an annual production capacity of 750,000 vehicles in 2015. Thanks to this manufacturing base, DPCA will be able to grow with demand and increase its market share in China, with a target for 2015 of 5%.
DPCA’s sales rose by 15% in the first quarter of 2011 to more than 100,000 vehicles.
