Jean-Baptiste de CHATILLON, up to now Group Financial Controller, today takes on the role of Chief Financial Officer. He now reports to Philippe VARIN and joins the Group’s Executive Management Committee.
"In this difficult period, I am delighted that Frédéric SAINT-GEOURS is taking on the role of Executive Vice-President for Brands” said Philippe VARIN. “Bringing the benefit of 25 years of experience with the Group, he will put his financial rigour and experience of commercial activities to the service of the two key pillars of our strategy: product upgrading and globalisation. I am very grateful to Jean-Marc GALES for his contribution to the development of our brands and I wish him every success in his new role. As for Jean-Baptiste de CHATILLON after twenty years spent within the Group, he brings to his new function of Chief Financial Officer a deep operational expertise based on the positions he held within the commercial subsidiaries and a detailed knowledge of our financial control activities" he concluded.
