PSA PEUGEOT CITROËN has introduced a program of orientation courses for all newly hired engineers and managers.
Each course is tailored to the specific needs of the new employee’s job and department. Participants will also learn about the Group’s organization and main businesses.
Five specialized modules have been prepared:
- Engineering
- Manufacturing
- Sales and logistics
- Services (Quality, R&D, Information Systems)
- Management
The goal is to facilitate integration into the department and provide the new employees with value added that enables them to effectively carry out their duties as quickly as possible.
